Our Journey with Pembrokeshire Wins: Giving Back to Our Community
At Pembrokeshire Wins, we’re incredibly excited to introduce our community-focused raffle website, where every ticket purchased brings the chance to win amazing prizes and support local good causes. We’re on a mission to make a positive impact right here in Pembrokeshire, a place we’ve always called home.
Why We Started Pembrokeshire Wins
Pembrokeshire is a region full of beauty and charm, but it’s also a place with its fair share of social challenges and inequality. We’ve seen firsthand the struggles faced by local communities, and we wanted to do something to give back. The inspiration behind Pembrokeshire Wins comes from a desire to make a difference, particularly for the underdogs in our area—those small sports teams and youth services that often go unnoticed due to lack of funding.
Learning As We Go
Starting a raffle business is brand new territory for us. By day, we work full-time in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, so we’ve had to balance learning the ins and outs of the raffle world while managing our busy careers. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, but we’re committed to making Pembrokeshire Wins something special for the entire community.
Supporting Local Causes
We’re particularly passionate about supporting local organizations that are often overlooked. In Pembrokeshire, there’s a noticeable gap in services for youth and small sports teams, and we want to help fill that void. That’s why a portion of our profits will go directly towards funding these local causes. We’re already working with the Neyland Carnival Committeeto help raise funds for their upcoming community carnival, and we’re actively seeking more local partners to collaborate with.
Bigger and Better Prizes Ahead
At Pembrokeshire Wins, we’re starting small but dreaming big. In the early days, we’ll be offering incredible cash prizes and technology prizes, including tablets, TVs, and gaming consoles. However, our long-term vision is to grow the platform into something extraordinary, offering even larger prizes and potentially expanding to a national scale. While we’re excited to grow, we’ll always stay rooted in our mission to support local causes in Pembrokeshire, where our hearts lie.
Transparency and Fairness
We know how important it is for participants to feel that our raffle draws are conducted fairly. To ensure transparency, we’ll be using an online random number generator to draw winners and will live stream the process so that everyone can see it happen in real time. This way, you can always trust that our draws are fair, open, and secure.
